Brigham Exploration (BEXP) is being purchased by Statoil ASA (STO) and is up about 20% pre-market.
There's some interest in OAS as well with strong pre-market volume and bid up around 7%.
Complete Production Services (CPX) announced its purchase by Superior Energy Services (SPN) last week.
