The week's action in charts for the
S&P Midcap 400 and
Russell 2000 Smallcap indexes suggests a bottom - or it could just be a step on the way down. I'd be more optimistic but there are too many macroeconomic issues that haven't improved. No bad news is not necessarily good news.
